We all have dreams about how our kids childhoods will go. Some of us visualize them getting into the best academic institutions, others see their kid hold a hairbrush like a microphone and hope they will one day be on America’s Got Talent. But if you’re reading this, you probably were one who dreamed about how their youth sports “career” may go. Calling a child’s sports years a career sounds a bit foolish, but it is in fact, fairly accurate. Most kids these days who play through high school and into college have made a career out of it. Many have been playing from the moment mom or dad could sign them up for kick and chase.
