Kirsten and Susie are back together, and speaking on a hot topic during March Madness, the NCAA Transfer Portal. Kirsten and Susie talk about the transfer portal process and how we need to empower our kids to get some self-management training (and to fail a few times) for challenges and opportunities like this! Kirsten has gone through this process as a player and is currently parenting her student-athletes transition. Susie speaks of her sons' times playing basketball and how they navigated these team dynamics. They get into tools to help with the transfer portal and as always, the two friends and coaches promote a journey to raising student athletes that succeed in much more than sports.
